Good Knowledge of Fabrication techniquesExpert in materials usage , reference codes and Welding TechniquesOptimization of Scrap & Offcuts.Monitoring the program: Planned vs. achievement as per the target.Interacting with Engineer’s representatives and internal departments.Safe working condition and safe acts of all workman, machineries etc.Quality at all the stages shall be ensured.Submission of requirement of steel on monthly basis to the Construction Manager.Documentation of all process related reports as per ISO requirements. Handling team of Engineers and workers
