Overview We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry and have knowledge of local regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities - Negotiating deals between buyers and sellers of real estate properties
- Helping clients find suitable properties that match their requirements
- Assisting in preparing documents related to the sale and purchase of real estate properties
- Analyzing market trends and researching comparable sales to determine the value of properties
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Establishing strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Assisting clients with financing options for their purchases
- Collaborating with other professionals such as lawyers, appraisers, surveyors, etc. as needed
