What you‘ll do

• Call new leads from ads, property portals, and walk-ins; follow up consistently
• Explain our projects and properties over the phone and answer questions
• Book site visits and appointments for the sales team
• Share project details, brochures, and pricing over call and WhatsApp
• Handle incoming inquiry calls professionally
• Keep accurate call records and update the lead/CRM sheet daily

What we‘re looking for

• 1–2 years of tele-calling / tele-sales experience (real estate preferred)
• Clear, friendly, persuasive phone manner
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi (English a plus)
