The Role

We are looking for a Director of Growth to fully own how new agents discover us, decide to join us, and ramp into production. This is not a post-and-pray recruiter job. You will be the face and the engine of our growth: building the funnel, running the conversations, hosting the events that pull talent toward us, and making sure every agent who signs has a clear, supported pathway to closing deals.

If you have recruited before and you can prove it, this role gives you ownership, a real seat at the table, and upside tied directly to the agents you bring in and develop.
