Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Real Estate Project Manager for one of our largest telecom clients to support the NY Metro market. This person owns projects from site search through construction handoff to get all required milestones to real estate complete (REC). This includes RF, environmental, regulatory, site candidate selection, site plan/drawing preparation, land title due-diligence, environmental due-diligence, lease support, local zoning approvals, federal regulatory approvals (NEPA/NHPA), utility coordination, and permitting.
