Based out of their Palo Alto headquarters, their in-house legal team provides dedicated support across a broad portfolio of real estate companies spanning development, investment, and services.

They are seeking an experienced Legal & Corporate Paralegal to join a close-knit team working alongside several attorneys and a Senior Corporate Paralegal. • Liaise with external counsel, title companies, senior executives, and internal stakeholders across corporate and real estate matters


• Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures; compile transaction summaries and oversee the coordination of closing documents
