Real Estate Manager – International Sales Team

Position Overview

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of sales agents to drive performance;
  • Set performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and efficiency;
  • Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
