Position: Real Estate Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Chennai (Corporate Office)

Qualification: Any Degree with minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilitie

• Experience in Property Acquisition/ Real Estate Management
• Must have experience in handling multiple properties
• Revenue maximisation
• Cost control
• Security & Caretaking
• Dealing with Statutory formalities, Property tax, Property maintenance, Rental income, etc
• Identifying location/ space conversion from agriculture to commercial/ residential & vice versa
• Negotiating with landlords/ owners
• Evaluating feasibility of locations
• Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team
• End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/ leasing)
