Job Purpose

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the retail real estate operation, ensuring alignment with the regional real estate expansion strategy, country-level expansion directives, and brand-specific development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the brands' expansion into new markets by spearheading the market scouting process, identifying prospective locations, and managing potential company expansion.
• Identify all present and future real estate needs to ensure the fulfillment of the company's and the country's expansion plans.
