Our client, New Yorks premier boutique real estate law firm , is seeking four attorneys with 3+, 5+, 10+, and 20+ years of experience to join its Litigation Practice Group .

Candidates must have comprehensive litigation experience , from pleadings to trial in New York State Supreme Court or federal courts . Appellate experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to manage all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigation , including:

• Drafting initial pleadings
• Researching and drafting motions
• Arguing motions in court
