• Source and list residential properties across priority Dubai communities
• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of sellers, landlords, and motivated owners
• Align buyer and investor briefs with suitable secondary market inventory
• Conduct viewings, produce comparative market analyses, and advise on pricing
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly pipeline reporting
