Urban Frame is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai team, working across residential and commercial properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage leads from first contact to closing.
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and client consultations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of real estate or sales experience
• Strong communicator
• Fluent in English (extra languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Commission Structure:

• Commission-based only
• 40% on company-provided leads
• 60% on your own personal leads
