Responsibilities

• Source and convert leads for buying, selling and leasing ready properties
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and mortgage options
• Conduct comparative market analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies
• Prepare and present detailed property listings with full specifications
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
• Present and negotiate purchase and lease offers between parties
• Review and verify purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met
• Maintain an active pipeline using CRM and market tools
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• UAE resident with a minimum of 2years proven experience in the Dubai secondary/off‑plan market
• Valid UAE driving license (essential for this role)
• RERA‑certified or actively pursuing certification
