Description
The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking part-time LPN's to join our REACH team! The successful candidate will perform intermediate human support work in the care and treatment of clients, managing, preparing and monitoring medications, transcribing doctor's orders, administering injections, obtaining lab specimens, preparing and maintaining records and files, attending clinical staff meetings and trainings and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of the REACH Nurse Supervisor.
Essential Functions
Admits clients to the program; obtains physician orders; order medications; collaborates with pharmacy; transcribes orders
Assesses and evaluates clients; obtains and reviews pertinent medical data; collects vital signs and specimens; monitors client's response to treatment.
