The R D Technician will support research, development, and optimization of wheat, grain, and flour‑based products within a milling and food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have experience in wheat grain milling, flour processing, or a closely related food manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Grain Science, Milling Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in wheat milling, flour production, grain processing, or a similar FMCG food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of wheat quality parameters and milling processes.
