Position Overview

Join Raytheon Canada as an Indigenous Participation Manager, guiding the impact of Indigenous participation in the LVCTS project. This role addresses engagement and development across five key training sites.
This position is designed for a skilled manager who will oversee the Indigenous Training and Development Program (ITDP) under the Land Vehicle Crew Training System initiative. You will work collaboratively with First Nations and Indigenous organizations, overseeing the implementation of the Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) while ensuring alignment with Raytheon’s strategic goals.
