Core Responsibilities

This is a high-visibility role that is a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on technical work . Your key accountabilities will include:

• Leadership: Leading the Mumbai Rates Strats/Structuring team, setting delivery priorities, mentoring junior colleagues, and acting as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Risk & Analytics: Developing trading view dashboards for PnL attribution and risk aggregation, understanding the risk system architecture, and supporting trade capture and capital optimization .
• Compression & Optimization: Working with the compression team to innovate and improve existing processes, likely coordinating with external vendors like TriOptima/Quantile .
