**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 1+ years of relevant work experience in Training, Facilitation, Ramp Services, or Operations
+ Up to 75% travel as needed
+ Proven stakeholder management experience, including building relationships with operational leaders, safety teams, and cross-functional partners
+ Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective training solutions for ramp operations
+ Experience in curriculum design and development, including creating instructional materials and training programs
