MRI Technologist

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing routine MRI exams and scanning inpatient, ICU, and ER patients in a hospital with a capacity of 450 beds. Proficiency in operating MRI scanners, particularly the 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony, is required. The candidate must be able to work independently and has specific responsibilities that exclude breast MRI, cardiac MRI, and prostate MRI procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine MRI exams with accuracy and efficiency.
• Scan patients in various hospital departments including ICU and ER.
• Manage patient care during MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist, with the ability to scan independently.
