" Shift hours: 4x10s, Consecutive days, Monday or Tuesday start day 7a-530p (30 minute lunch).

" Siemens Experience Preferred. Epic experience Preferred

" On Call Requirement: 1 call shift per week, not on the last day.
Call hours: 5pm-12m.

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one vacation per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)

" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria

" Pending License Accepted:- Virginia state license required. Any active state license (in hand) is accepted. Virginia will grant emergency authorization to travelers with a license so they can work w...
