Position Overview
Work Schedule and Shift Premiums - This is a casual position. Hours per week will vary based on the needs of the department.
- 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour, weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour.
Qualifications - Associates Degree in an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Registered or registry eligible ARRT required. Registry or registry eligible in specialty fields if applicable.
Responsibilities - Exhibits patience and empathy in working with patients, explains procedures to put patient at ease, recognizes and meets patient needs, aids the patient into position through proper communication.
- Applies knowledge to clinical setting, transfers knowledge from one area to another, appropriately identifies the patient, properly assesses the requisition, prepares room prior to exam, anticipates next step, follows...
