The Department of Radiation Oncology of Fox Chase Cancer Center at Temple University hospital in Philadelphia, PA is accepting applications for a board certified or board eligible therapeutic physicist to support physics services in the department and join our dedicated team of three other PhD board certified medical physicists.

The position requires a M.Sc. or Ph.D. (preferred) in medical physics and ABR board certification or eligibility in radiation oncology physics.

The Radiation Oncology department is ACR accredited and equipped with two state-of-the-art Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators with X-ray CBCT and optical Surface IGRT capabilities, a Flexitron HDR brachytherapy unit with Oncentra planning system, a Leksell® Gamma Knife ICON™ with Gamma planning system, a GE CT simulator with 4D capabilities, and a BSD 500 hyperthermia unit.
