Quantum Optics Theory group: Post-doctoral position in Quantum Information Theory

ICFO is offering a postdoctoral position to a well-qualified, highly motivated and dynamic young scientist who wishes to enhance his/her scientific career in a friendly and stimulating environment.

The successful candidate will be joining the Quantum Optics Theory group led by Prof. Dr. Maciej Lewenstein .

Key Responsibilities

• Benchmarking and validating quantum simulators and quantum computing platforms in comparison to experiments
• Contributing to the design, development, and validation of quantum simulation protocols and algorithms
• Demonstrating efficient digital and continuous quantum algorithms with focus on novel applications in ultrafast laser physics
