Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Manage procurement activities across all projects, including sourcing quotations, conducting price evaluations and negotiations, issuing purchase orders, and handling post-award documentation.
- Support the development of site budgets for newly awarded projects to ensure alignment with allocated costs.
- Source market pricing and quotations across all trades to update and maintain an accurate pricing database, ensuring Purchase Order (RPO) requests and future budgets remain within acceptable cost parameters.
- Secure multiple quotations for comparison and review quotation exclusions to minimize risk of unforeseen additional costs.
- Coordinate and update trade award status reports in relation to the master programme, working closely with site teams.
- Lead price and contract term negotiations prior to award confirmation.
- Gather and update quotations to support pricing charts and cost data records.
