Our client is a large construction company currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor Tendering with experience in managing all costs relating to the organization projects from the initial calculations to the final figures, minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review the tenders
• Check specifications
• Read technical data, analyze, and take off quantities
• Supplier/subcontractor correspondence
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
• Analyze subcontractor/supplier quotes and prepare comparative statements
• Attend to post‑tender correspondences and assist in the preparation of clarifications
