Position Overview
Senior QS Job description - Contract administration, preparing tender, quotes, progress claims and Final accounts
- Deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues
- Quantities measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for quotation whenever require
- Prepare variation quotations and resolve the dispute issues. Follow-up on progress claims certificate promptly to obtain payment certificate
- Liaise with main contractors and consultants to obtain costing and quotation support
- Maintaining a systematic project filing system to ensure all instructions, documents are properly documented and tracked.
- Attend all tender coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meeting for follow-up actions.
Requirements - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree inEngineering .
