Job Descriptions: Tender Administration Attend briefing with clients to understand project tender scope. Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) for project tenders. Preparation of accurate Cost Estimates for commercial & retail projects. Ensure accurate costing into NetSuite administration. Ensure tender submission dates are adhered to. Cost control & Profit Reporting Coordinate with Projects Team & Designers for costing related matters. Check & verify subcontractor's claims. Upkeep accurate Project VOs administration. Aftersales Servicing Provide aftersales servicing quotation to clients. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in Main contractor or a related field. Possess knowledge for local form of contracts (i.e. PSSCOC, SIA & etc.). Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong organizational and communication skills
