Position Overview
Prestigious Interiors Company looking for Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities - Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders.
- Take off quantities, compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned.
- Prepare tender submission including bills of quantities and discuss with Manager for pricing.
- Source for quotation and administration of contracts; obtaining sub‑contractor’s quotation for various trades.
- Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
- Prepare for final submission and follow‑up with Tender Questionnaires reply and interview.
- Monitoring progress claim and liaise with vendors.
