Position Overview
Job Descriptions Post-Contract Administration - Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, verify quantities against the Bills of Quantities (BQ), and prepare detailed quantity breakdowns and costing schedules using Excel for tendering and project cost control purposes.
- Review Letters of Award, contracts, drawings, specifications, and other project documents to identify contractual obligations, risks, exclusions, and deviations from the original tender submission.
- Attend project handover and kick-off meetings to brief project teams and management on contractual requirements, scope of works, budgets, and commercial considerations.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of material samples and relevant technical documentation.
