Position Overview
Responsibilities - Responsible for tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
- Source quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration
- Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
- Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
- Negotiate and award sub-contracts
- Process subcontractor claims and contractual payment
- Prepare and manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Attend project meetings and tender interviews
- Prepare materials samples for approval
Requirements - Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
