Position Overview
- In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of all civil engineering/electrical & mechanical/landscaping projects
- Involved in tender preparation and participation
- Responsible for progress payments claims & other contractual matters
- Preparation and co-ordination of all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities
- Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements - Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications in Civil/ Structural Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in roles as QS
- Proficient in MS office & contract administration
- Must be meticulous with positive work attitude
- Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of autocad 2D & 3D skills would be an added advantage
- Independent and a good team player
