Position Overview
Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract Stage Responsibilities - Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
- Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern
- To perform measurement and cost breakdown
- To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier
- To prepare payment claim to client
- To identify and evaluate variation work
Requirements - Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings
- Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and good negotiation skill.
- A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
- Ability to work with tight deadlines will be an added advantage
