Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and take off measurements from ID drawings
Source, request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ) and cost breakdowns
Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budget
Check and verify progress claims and variation orders (VOs)
Prepare final accounts and project cost reports
Liaise with designers, project managers, contractors and clients
Ensure all cost and contractual matters comply with agreements
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
