Position Overview
Responsibility - Assist in reviewing tender documents, preparing BOQ and quotation.
- Liaise with sub-contractors/supplier during quotation phase for pricing.
- Conduct site surveying before or after when required.
- Maintain and organized proper documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
- Maintain / build rapport with clients and sub-contractor/supplier.
Basic Requirement - Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. (Other certifications with relevant experience can be considered).
- Relevant working experience with minimum one(1) year in QS or construction cost management preferred.
- Knowledge in medical renovation / renovation will be added advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (AutoCAD preferred).
