Job Description: The Quantity Surveyor plans, controls and monitors the tender drawing, documents and BQs for all tender projects, in both tender stage and post tender stage. The Quantity Surveyor also assist to verify the site progress, claim and monitor the material balance sheet in execution stage. Tender Stage: To keep track all tender documents, drawing and corrigendum base on the document control process. To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender enquiry. To assist Superior to call for quotations, selection of qualified subcontractors/vendors and distribute the relevant tender documents. Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set time line. Assist with tender evaluation and prepare of tender documents for submission. Ensure all documentary evidences and contemporary records are properly documented, filed and complied for substantiation purposes. Able to read M&E drawings.
