Reports to: Senior QS / Contracts Manager
Job Overview Manage all costs related to building projects, from the initial pre-tender calculations to the closing of final account.
- Tender quantity taking off and calling quotation
- Prepare, negotiate and evaluate cost for subcontractor works
- Prepare subcontractor agreement and subcontractor monthly payment
- Attend site meetings and consultant VO meetings
- Prepare and submit monthly progress main claim and VO costing to consultants
- Coordinate with site for project, subcon and contractual issues
- Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications and Job Requirements - Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
