• Handle project claims
• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage
• Working with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractor payments
• Co‑ordination with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters
• Ability to source suppliers and subcontractors for quotation for tendering
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/Higher Management

• Relevant qualification: Degree / Diploma / Certificate in QS / Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management
• Minimum diploma holder / degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering / Building Construction or QS consultancy
• Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
