The Quantity Surveyor reports to the Group CFO and plays a crucial role in maximizing project margins and adding value to the construction process through proactive involvement in procurement, cost management, and reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will drive best value from suppliers and subcontractors, conduct monthly financial reviews on projects, forecast final outturn values for cost, sales, and margin, and manage timely submission and negotiation of final accounts.
