Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will manage all financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of construction and mining infrastructure development.

Grounded in a strong civil construction background, the candidate will oversee large-scale earthworks, concrete foundations, and industrial structural setups.

This role bridges standard local construction practices with the robust demands of the mining sector, ensuring full compliance with local statutory bodies and contract structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Taking-Off : Prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates for heavy engineering, industrial, massive earthworks, haul roads, and processing facility layouts.
