• Contractual Precision: Administer complex contracts, manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and lead rigorous tender evaluations.
• The Live Plant Challenge: Navigate the fast‑paced commercial realities of shutdowns, turnarounds, and minor CAPEX works within high‑stakes, live environments.
• Claim & Variation Mastery: Expertly handle Variation Order (VO) submissions, change orders, and contractor claims with a firm but fair hand.
