Responsibilities - Design and prepare tender proposals, and analyze tender submissions
- Validate cost plans and review technical specifications prepared by technical consultants.
- Drive cost planning and control that involves outline and detailed approximate cost.
- Study contract documents, handle progress claims, and variation orders
- Tendering:
- Documentation: Collect data, prepare bills of quantities, and ensure documentation is well-prepared
- Site surveys: Attend and evaluate site surveys
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to submit progress reports and final accounts
