Key Responsibilities

• Rapid quantity take-off from limited data
• Identify major cost drivers
• Work with Procurement for price validation
• Prepare assumptions & risk notes
• Support 3–5 days cost calculation request turnaround

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / QS
• Full 3–5 years’ experience in QS
• Able to estimate without full drawings & detailed information
• Knowledge of Philippines construction practices, preferably having standard material and labour unit rate.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred

• Fast-track / EPC experience
• International or government project exposure
