What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within UK civils projects

* Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract

* Experience managing subcontract packages, valuations, and variations

* Ability to produce accurate cost reporting and forecasts
