About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial acumen. You will have:

• A qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years’ NZ‑based senior estimating / QS experience within the civil construction sector
• The ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Proven experience working collaboratively with subcontractors and clients
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Be Hamilton‑based and legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand
