Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience


• Strong industrial / warehousing project experience


• Skilled in project costing, budgeting, and maintenance planning


• Experience managing multiple projects


• Proficient in Candy and Buildsmart


• Relevant QS qualification required
