Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and cost estimation for MEP works
• Track project variations, claims, and cost control
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors & procurement team
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents and bids
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Coordinate with engineers for scope of work clarification

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering
• Fit-out project experience is a must
• Min 5-8 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical costing
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software
• UAE DL is required.
