Quantity Surveyor

A detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor is required to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure financial efficiency throughout construction projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within budget
• Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender documents
• Manage contracts, variations, and project financial reports
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and cost implications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
