Duties & Responsibilities include: To carry out taking off quantities To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification and To perform other QS duties as assigned. Requirements: Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying Fresh graduate/ 1-3 years' working experience related to main building tenders Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work with digital softwares (ie Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal and Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills and a team player.
