Develop and maintain project budgets. Monitor and track project expenditures against the budget. Identify and report any variances between actual and budgeted costs. Collect and analyze financial data related to project costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction measures inline with department objectives. Prepare detailed logs cost reports and forecasts. Assist Project controls. Prepare and present financial cost reports for the department. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial cost records. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements.
QualificationsDiploma in Engineering. Any degree. Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
