Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in quantitative development/research, or trading systems
• Strong programming skills in C++ or C# (Python/Java/.NET is a plus)
• Experience working close to trading, research, or front-office teams
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, or systematic strategies
• Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality
